硼酸三苯酯是一種有機化合物，化學式為C18H15BO3。它可以苯酚和硼酸為原料反應得到。[2]它和3-氯苯甲酸反應，可以得到3-氯苯甲酸苯酯。[3]它和三溴化硼反應，可以得到苯氧基二溴化硼。[4]
