美國半導體行業協會（Semiconductor Industry Association，SIA）是一個美國半導體行業的貿易協會和遊說團體，成立於1977年，總部位於華盛頓哥倫比亞特區[1]。美國半導體行業協會在20世紀90年代初制定了第一個國際半導體技術發展藍圖[2]。
