聯合委員會（Joint Commission），原名醫療衛生機構認證聯合委員會（Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations；JCAHO）、醫院認證聯合委員會（Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospitals；JCAH）[1]，是一家美國芝加哥郊區奧克布魯克特萊斯的非營利性組織[2] ，負責對美國醫療保健組織和項目認證[3]。
它創立於1951年，但到1965年其認證才開始正式起效。 《2008年患者和醫療服務提供者醫療保險改善法案》（Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act of 2008）取消了其認證權限，2010年7月15日生效，直到它滿足醫療保險和醫療補助服務中心（Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services）的要求。[4]
