西蒙·蒙蒂菲奧里（英語：Simon Sebag Montefiore，1965年6月27日—）英國歷史學家、電視節目主持人、流行歷史書和小說作家，英國皇家文學學會研究員，1965年生於倫敦。劍橋大學岡維爾與凱斯學院歷史專業。作品包括《青年斯大林》、《耶路撒冷三千年》、《大人物的世界史》、《羅曼諾夫皇朝》等。[1]

- 《凱瑟琳大帝與波將金的帝國愛情》（Catherine the Great and Potemkin: The Imperial Love Affair）2001年出版，初名《王子中的王子：波坦金的生平》（The Prince of Princes: The Life of Potemkin），講述了凱瑟琳大帝和她的情人格里戈里·亞歷山德羅維奇·波將金的愛情故事[2]。
