NGC 4163又稱NGC 4167，是一個位於獵犬座的不規則矮星系，距離地球965萬光年。星繫於1785年4月28日由威廉·赫歇爾發現命名為NGC 4163，1831年3月11日由約翰·赫歇爾再次發現命名為NGC 4167。星系直徑約為4000光年[2]，屬於M94星系團[3][4][5]
