亞歷山大·達勒·厄恩（挪威語：Alexander Dale Oen，1985年5月21日—2012年4月30日）是一名挪威男子游泳運動員。曾參加2004年和2008年兩屆奧運，其中在2008年北京奧運期間獲得男子100米蛙泳的銀牌。2012年4月30日，他在旅館浴室洗澡時倒地，儘管隊友強行砸門而入將其救出，他依然不治身亡。後來報告顯示他死於冠狀動脈血塊造成的心臟病[2][3][4]。
