光紅素(英語:Lumirubin)也稱光膽素,是膽紅素的結構異構體,是在用於治療新生兒黃疸的光療過程中形成的。這種極性異構體是光療中的藍綠光產生的,具有對白蛋白的活性位點,其效果被認為比膽紅素的毒性小。[1][2][3]光紅素排泄到膽汁或尿液中。ZZ、ZE、EE和EZ是膽紅素的四種結構異構體。ZZ是穩定的、更難溶的形式。其他形式相對可溶,被稱為光紅素。光療法將ZZ形式轉化為光紅素。單葡萄糖醛酸化的光紅素易於排出體外。[4]
