柬埔寨大學

柬埔寨大學（高棉語：សាកលវិទ្យាល័យកម្ពុជា，英語：University of Cambodia，縮寫UC）成立於2003年6月23日[1] 由高金華（Kao Kim Hourn）[2] 閣下創立，高金華（Kao Kim Hourn）博士作為柬埔寨王國總理府直管部長，柬埔寨大學創始人，柬埔寨大學董事會主席，出任柬埔寨大學[3] 校長。Haruhisa Handa[4] 博士身為柬埔寨王國政府顧問，藝術和文化國際基金會[5] 創始人兼主席，出任柬埔寨大學名譽校長[6]。柬埔寨大學（UC）由柬埔寨王國政府 [7] 和柬埔寨認證委員會[ACC]認證[8] ，是柬埔寨高等教育協會（CHEA）的成員[9]。

概述[編輯]

柬埔寨大學的校訓是：「追尋知識、智慧，打造明天的領導者」。[10] 大學的使命和願景主要集中在預備各個層次的人擔任領導角色，培養他們的批判性思維能力以及分析、解決問題的能力，從而面對社會在發展、提高和完善過程中遇到的各種問題[11][12]。

柬埔寨大學參照美國的學分制模式[13] ，通過英語授課. 。2013年，大學在提供相同課程的前提下，增加了柬文授課模式。隨後應用柬埔寨語、英語雙語授課以並駕齊驅的教學模式成為柬埔寨大學特色教學模式。[14]

柬埔寨大學擁有八個院系：分別是藝術、人文與語言學院、教育學院、法學院、傳媒學院[15]、 科技學院、社會科學院、政治與國際關係德佐森學院[16]，以及托尼•費爾南德斯商學院（原為管理學院）[17] ，這些院系可以提供預科班、副學士、學士學位、碩士和博士學位的課程學習和研究。[18]

同時，配合大學院系一起發展，學校還設立了專門的研究機構和學習中心，以協調學科間的研究和培訓工作[19] ，這些研究單位有：研究和進深研究所（IRAS）[20]、研究與創新委員會（CRC）[21] 、東盟研究中心（ASC）[22] 、技能和職業發展中心（SCDC）[23] 、英語學習中心（CES）[24] 和亞洲領導力中心（ALC）。[25] 此外，大學已經建立了許多智庫，包括2005年5月以來的亞洲經濟論壇（AEF）[26] 和隨後發起的亞洲宗教發展對話（AFDD）等。[27]

柬埔寨大學擁有六所學院，兩所專院（校），分別是：藝術，人文與語言學院（CoAHL）、教育學院（CoE）、法學院（CoL）、媒體與傳播學院（CMC） ）、科學技術學院（CoST）、社會科學學院（CoSS）、政治與國際關係德佐森學院（校）（TSS）和托尼•費爾南德斯商學院（校）（原為管理學院）[37] ， 大學在各種不同的專業可以提供副學士、學士、碩士和博士學位。 根據全球高校排名機構Eduniversal. 發佈的消息，本校的三個碩士課程已被列為遠東地區的頂級課程。[38]

2017年5月10日，經亞洲航空集團執行總裁東尼•費南德斯（Tony Fernandes）同意，柬埔寨大學管理學院更名為東尼•費南德斯商學院。費南德斯商學院共提供二十四個課程內容：七個副學士學位課程，八個學士學位課程，八個碩士學位課程和一個博士（PhD）課程 [56]

研究生院 (SGS)[編輯]

研究生院協同本校所有院系一起合作，旨在向所有願意繼續深造的學生提供柬埔寨大學所有資源信息，同時不斷向莘莘學子展示研究學位的價值。學生在研究生院求學期間，學校將會給予全方面的指導並且儘可能地解答所有學生所存在的問題。研究生院是本校在不斷發展擴大過程的重要部分，同時也是學校在提升學習質量的過程中為學生提供更多的求學空間。學校負責24個碩士學位課程，11個博士課程。同時，研究生院也是負責安排和出版校內系列讀物。

本科學院 (SUS)[編輯]

由國家教育、青年和體育部批准，本科研究學院是6所學院和2所專院（校）的所有本科課程的協調中樞，目前提供9個副學士學位課程和29個學士學位課程。該學院的目標是加強學術培訓、管理和大學本科研究，並促進與柬埔寨和國外擁有類似課程的其他高校的合作與協作。這些職責包括制定關於本科生學業、學術研究、教師招聘、晉升和任期的政策。

柬埔寨大學現有在校學生人數約3500人。

獎學金[編輯]

自2003年成立以來，柬埔寨大學為本科生和畢業生提供了成千上萬的獎學金。[59] 獎學金辦公室與其他辦公室和柬埔寨大學各相關單位共同監督、管理大學獎學金運作情況。

大學每年提供涵蓋英語和一般課程的考試，前100名學生可獲得在學期減免學費的待遇。[60] 該項獎學金被命名為洪森德佐親王展望-100獎學金，該項獎學金會根據不同贊助單位或個人匹配發放，這些獎學金的贊助單位或個人包括Haruhisa Handa博士，Rikhi Thakral博士，Paul Heng博士和柬埔寨的中國華風國際海運有限公司。 其他專項獎學金由柬埔寨高棉啤酒廠，柬埔寨先進通信和柬埔寨大學贊助。 值得一提的是，柬埔寨大學（UC）現在有數百名大學生獲得個人獎學金，因為屬於私人捐助，專門為柬埔寨大學生提供資助，所以這部分獎學金不需要考試。[61]

基礎設施[編輯]

柬埔寨大學的11層教學綜合大樓保證無煙環境並且特別安排殘障人士通道，樓內設有電梯和坡道。樓外有各種當地植被，包括棕櫚樹等[63]還有汽車和摩托車停車場以及食堂、便利店。[64] 大學體育場位於教學樓後面，裏面有足球場和排球網。[65] 在教學樓（一層）迎賓處安放一尊吳哥時期柬埔寨國王——闍耶跋摩七世的雕像，寓意默想的力量。十一層有一家咖啡店，複印機和印刷中心以及校內書店。並且教學樓內都有提供免費無線網絡服務。


命名單位[編輯]

柬埔寨大學堅持實踐以國家著名單位、國際知名組織、有影響力的私企和權威人士重新命名校內專院，學院，部門，教室和教授席位。 政治和國際關係德佐森學院以柬埔寨總理洪森德佐親王命名，而東尼•費南德斯商學院是以亞航執行總裁丹斯里安東尼•弗朗西斯•費南德斯命名的。 目前學校共有九個房間和演講廳正式落成。根據東盟成員國的組成，政治和國際關係德佐森學院在在教學樓的十層命名了每個教室，並在世界經濟論壇之後也開設了一個專用大廳。 九樓擁有以東盟對話夥伴命名的教室和講堂，柬埔寨邀請所有大使館正式開放和裝飾指定的房間。

  • 2017年2月21日，由印度尼西亞駐柬埔寨大使H.E. Pitono Purnomo命名的印尼屋。
  • 2017年4月27日，由新西蘭前總理Rt. Hon John Key命名的新西蘭屋。
  • 2017年1月9日，由菲律賓駐柬埔寨大使H.E. Christopher B. Montero命名的菲律賓屋。
  • 2017年5月5日，由新加坡駐柬埔寨大使陳慶祥（Michael Tan Keng Siong）命名的新加坡屋。
  • 2016年4月26日，由德國前副總理、管理委員會成員、世界經濟論壇區域戰略辦公室主任H.E. Philipp Rosler命名的世界經濟論壇廳。


Toshu Fukami圖書館[編輯]

柬埔寨大學的Toshu Fukami圖書館收集了超過10萬本包括各種語言的書籍，雜誌，報紙和期刊，以及電子期刊。Toshu Fukami電子圖書館還為學生提供電腦以便學習使用。 不僅如此，Toshu Fukami圖書館和電子圖書館每周七天開放給學生，工作人員，教師和公眾使用。[66][67] 同時，電子圖書館還有東盟資源中心，這裏收集了與東盟有關的一系列書籍。 [68]

東南亞電視台和廣播電台[編輯]

柬埔寨大學進行各種研究相關項目，提供諮詢服務，並舉辦與研究有關的活動，所有這些活動都由大學內各大中心和研究機構部門負責協調研究和出版。 同時學校還鼓勵在本科和研究生階段的學生、教職員工和工作人員一級的進行研究，然後可以在由柬埔寨大學管理的出版《柬埔寨國際研究雜誌》上發表研究成果。

東盟研究中心[編輯]

由教育，青年和體育部正式認可的東盟研究中心（ASC）進行跨領域及東盟相關問題的研究。中心（ASC）通過出版東盟地區各種熱點議題的書籍，舉辦一系列外交講座，並與當地的各國大使館合作，以提高東盟在柬埔寨的觀念意識並促進柬埔寨融入東盟共同體建設。[71]

研究與創新委員會[編輯]

柬埔寨大學學生會[編輯]

柬埔寨大學柬埔寨青年紅十字會成立於2011年7月份，[98] 旨在培養學生的技能，並準備讓他們成為柬埔寨人道主義工作的積極領導者和人力資源。[99] 柬埔寨青年紅十字會除了協助人道主義項目在柬埔寨實踐以外，[100] UCCRCY成員也出席了系列相關的培訓和研討會。 培訓往往集中於促進健康和安全議題，但最終目標還是讓UCCRCY成員可以和同學和整個社團分享獲得的知識和與技能。[101] 2016年5月，UCCRCY獲得了全國青年論壇「青年與重視道路交通法」辯論賽的二等獎。[102]

柬埔寨大學志願者計劃（UCVP）[編輯]

UC體育俱樂部由柬埔寨大學學生委員會（UCSS）項目負責人和UC管理團隊的顧問委員會領導。 UCSC成立於2013年，團隊已經在柬埔寨與其他機構參加了許多足球賽和田徑比賽。[103] 此外，柬埔寨大學設有一個運動中心，UCSC可以在此訓練比賽。[104]

學術領導會議[編輯]

學生學術領導力會議（SALC）是學生之間舉辦的為期一周的活動。 它是一個為期十二個半天的會議，每次會議由大學的學院或學校組織，他們的會議風格、主題、發言者名單和目標都不同。 這種多管齊下的方法使學生能夠接觸幾種不同的學習方法，並親身體驗所有學院的各種特色。 會議對所有學生開放，他們可以按需要參加會議，並鼓勵他們邀請他們的朋友加入。[106]
