湄公針毛鼠（學名：Niviventer mekongis），一種分佈於老撾、越南及中國雲南、廣西等地區的齧齒動物，隸屬於鼠科白腹鼠屬針毛鼠種團。本種之前被視為布氏鼠（Rattus blythi）的一個亞種，現被認為是獨立物種。^[1]因布氏鼠現在被視為針毛鼠（Niviventer fulvescens）的同物異名，也有資料將本種歸入了針毛鼠。^[2]
