2001年4月28日，在美國密蘇里州堪薩斯城59街希布斯公園和肯辛頓大道附近發現了一具被斬首的非裔女孩屍體。2001年5月1日，在屍體發現地東南約150至200碼的地方發現女孩的頭部在垃圾袋中[3]。
