皇家馬斯登醫院（The Royal Marsden Hospital，縮寫：RM）是英國倫敦一家專門治療癌症的醫院，在倫敦切爾西和貝爾蒙特有兩個院址，1851年由外科醫生威廉·馬斯登建立，稱Free Cancer Hospital，當時只是一家開處方的診所[1][2]，但隨後迅速擴張，1910年獲得喬治五世的皇家憲章，1954年正式改現名[1][3]。癌症研究院原為該醫院下屬機構，現在兩者仍存在合作[4]。
