紐約最高法院上訴部門（New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division）是紐約州法院系統中之中級上訴法院。 該法院有四個分部，分別位於曼哈頓（第一部門）、布魯克林（第二部門）、奧爾巴尼（第三部門）、羅切斯特（第四部門）。管轄範圍如右圖所示。對上訴部門的裁決不服的，可以繼續上訴到終審法院紐約上訴法院。
