羅圖馬共和國（英語：Republic of Rotuma）是1987年9月第二次斐濟政變後創建獨立的羅圖馬國家的未遂嘗試[1][2]。一個名叫亨利·吉布森的具有部分羅圖馬人血統的男子向新西蘭報紙聲稱他已經宣佈羅圖馬脫離斐濟獨立。吉布森自封為羅圖馬國王，並在島上獲得廣泛的支持。試圖建立共和國的計劃在1988年被中斷，其支持者被指控犯有煽動叛亂罪並交由法庭審判[3]。
