藍色熒光蛋白

藍色熒光蛋白（英語：Blue Fluorescent Protein，縮寫BFP）是一種綠色熒光蛋白（GFP）的變體，能發出藍色熒光（激發峰約380nm，發射峰約440nm），其與GFP的區別在於蛋白質序列66號位的酪氨酸變為組氨酸，145號位的酪氨酸變為苯丙氨酸^[1]，其晶體結構已解析^[2]。
