雷切爾·簡·里夫斯（英語：Rachel Jane Reeves；1979年2月13日—）是一位英國工黨政治人物，現任影子蘭加斯特公爵領地大臣（英語：Shadow Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster）、英國下議院西利茲選區議員。

里夫斯從2013年開始擔任影子就業及退休保障大臣（英語：Shadow Secretary of State for Work and Pensions），後於2015年因產期臨近而暫時離任，但郝爾彬當選工黨領袖之後並未將其召回影子內閣。里夫斯還於2017年至2020年擔任商務、能源和產業戰略專責委員會（英語：Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy Select Committee）主席。^[1]

早年經歷[編輯]

里夫斯生於倫敦東南部的劉易舍姆，雙親名為格雷厄姆和薩莉·里夫斯。^[2]^[3]後就讀於臨近市區布羅姆利的Cator Park School for Girls ，在中學時，里夫斯取得英國女子國際象棋協會組織的英國14歲以下女子國際象棋比賽冠軍。^[4]

里夫斯自稱她自己和妹妹艾莉·里夫斯傾向於社會民主政策是受到父親的影響。她回憶起八歲的父親格雷厄姆如何指着電視屏幕上的時任工黨領袖尼爾·基諾克並「告訴我們那是我們投票支持的人」。^[5]里夫斯於16歲加入工黨。^[6]

里夫斯在牛津大學新學院取得政治、經濟學、數學和高等數學的A級成績後又攻讀了哲學、政治學與經濟學課程，最終於倫敦政治經濟學院獲得經濟學碩士學位。^[7]

2000年至2006年間，里夫斯在英倫銀行和位於英國駐美國大使館擔任經濟學家。^[8]

個人生活[編輯]

里夫斯與公務員尼古拉斯·喬伊西^[9]結婚，喬伊西為白高敦的私人秘書兼演講撰稿人。^[10]婚後定居於利茲和倫敦的布拉姆利。 ^[11]^[12]里夫斯於2012年誕下一女。^[13]^[14]2015年又得一子。

里夫斯的妹妹埃莉·里夫斯同為工黨下議院議員，埃莉的配偶約翰·克萊爾為國會工黨主席。^[15]^[16]
