4-碘苯甲腈是一種有機化合物，化學式為C7H4IN。它可由4-碘苯甲醛在DMPU鹽酸鹽的存在下和鹽酸羥胺反應製得，[2]或由4-氰基苯胺、碘和亞硝酸叔丁酯反應得到。[3]它和苯硼酸在鈀催化劑和鹼（如碳酸鉀）存在下反應，可以得到4-氰基聯苯。[4]
