Genoa Township is one of the eighteen townships of Delaware County, 俄亥俄州, 美國. The 2000 census found 11,293 people in the township.[3]

Located in the southeastern part of the county, it borders the following townships and city:
- Berkshire Township - 北
- Trenton Township - 北east corner
- Harlem Township - 東
- Plain Township, Franklin County - 東南 corner
- Blendon Township, Franklin County - 南
- Westerville - 南west
- Orange Township - 西
- Berlin Township - 北west corner
Part of the city of Westerville is located in southern Genoa Township.
The Highland Lakes and Medallion areas constitute a significant portion of the largely developed southern portion of the township. The northern half of Genoa Township is still generally rural, but beginning to be developed as well. Genoa Township is one of the fastest growing areas near Columbus.[來源請求]
Name and history[編輯]
Genoa Township was founded in 1816. It was named after Genoa, in Italy.[4] Unlike its namesake, the township's name is pronounced with the stress on the second syllable, as ge-NO-a.
It is the only Genoa Township statewide.[5]
