聖依納爵堂 (菲律賓語：Simbahan ng San Ignacio; 西班牙語：Iglesia de San Ignacio)是一座正在重建中的羅馬天主教教堂，位於菲律賓馬尼拉王城區。該堂由耶穌會興建，供奉依納爵·羅耀拉，由建築師 Felix Roxas設計[1]，新古典主義風格，完成於1899年。其內部為文藝復興風格，由 Isabelo Tampingco設計[2][3]
1945年2月第二次世界大戰期間，該堂被連續四天的大火燒毀，僅存廢墟。戰後，耶穌會並未重建教堂，而是遷往奎松市的羅耀拉高地，興建耶穌教堂（Church of the Gesù）。王城區舊堂遺址歸馬尼拉市所有，修道院用於出租，教堂廢墟成為籃球場。目前該堂與毗鄰的修道院正在重建中，作為王城博物館（Museo de Intramuros）。
