對一個人的傷害就是對所有人的傷害（英語：An injury to one is an injury to all）是世界產業工人組織（IWW）普遍使用的座右銘。 比爾·海伍德（Bill Haywood）在自傳中歸功於戴維·科茨（David C. Coates）為IWW提議的口號：對一個人的傷害就是對所有人的傷害 。 [1] 此後，這個口號已被許多勞工組織使用。 該口號反映了這樣一個事實：IWW是「 單一大工會 」（One Big Union），並且組織了技術工人和非技術工人。 儘管如今有組織的工人的數量有所減少，但該口號在工會和其他組織中仍然很流行。

該表述類似於，且有可能源於，此前25年被「 勞動騎士團 」（ Knights of Labor）廣為宣傳的口號：「在最好的政府里，對一個人的傷害是所有人關切的事」（that is the best government in which an injury to one is the concern of all）。 [2]
