尼日利亞女醫生協會（Medical Women's Association of Nigeria, MWAN），是一個尼日利亞女性健康組織，該組織由尼日利亞醫療和牙科委員會註冊的女醫生組成。它旨在通過倡導患者權益（包括提供社區健康檢查項目），以改善尼日利亞婦女的健康狀況[1]。
尼日利亞女醫生協會隸屬於尼日利亞醫學協會[2]和國際女醫生協會（Medical Women's International Association），在尼日利亞全國36個州中的34個州開展工作[3]。2019年9月14日，原主席喬伊斯·巴伯[4]向米尼尼姆·奧塞吉博士（Dr. Mininim I. Oseji）交接，後者隨即擔任該協會的第22任全國主席[5]。

MWAN的創始人蘇格特·奧盧達伊西·奧敦坦博士[6]參加了1974年在里約熱內盧舉行的國際女醫生協會年會深受啟發，在返回尼日利亞後，她為尼日爾三角洲的女性醫務人員創建了自己的國家組織。1975年6月4日，國際女醫生協會在伊巴丹的大學學院醫院首次舉行會議[7]。
1976年在東京舉行的國際女醫生協會大會上，尼日利亞女醫生協會正式加入了國際社會。艾琳·伊戈達羅博士（Dr. Irene Ighodaro）擔任尼日利亞女醫生協會首任主席。1979年5月19日，首次兩年一度的會議在拉各斯大學教學醫院舉行。在2019年7月舉行的國際女醫生協會百年慶祝年會上，尼日利亞女醫生協會前主席埃莉諾·恩瓦迪諾比（2007-2009年）出任國際女醫生協會主席[8][9]。
2017年，該組織為6000名婦女進行了宮頸癌檢查，並計劃每年為8000名婦女進行檢查[1]。
