巴基斯坦副總統 (烏爾都語：نائب صدر پاکستان‬‎‎)是1971年至1973年間存在於巴基斯坦的一個政治職位。在實際中，它是僅次於巴基斯坦總統的第二高職位，相當於巴基斯坦總理。擁有副國家元首的地位，在總統因故無法履行職務時，由副總統代理。該職位設立於1971年12月，直到1973年8月頒佈新的巴基斯坦憲法，正式廢除該職位。

孟加拉裔巴基斯坦政治家努爾·阿明是巴基斯坦歷史上第一位也是唯一一位擔任這一職位的公職人員。
