《德薩斯獨立宣言》（英語：Texas Declaration of Independence）是指在1835年至1836年德薩斯革命期間，德克薩斯共和國單方面宣佈從墨西哥共和國集權政府正式獨立的獨立宣言。這份獨立宣言於1836年3月2日在德薩斯華盛頓郡布拉索斯河沿岸舉行的會議上通過，並在改正文本中存在的一些錯誤後，在第二天正式簽署。
