新世代列車（英語：New Generation Rollingstock）是昆士蘭鐵路城市路網的一種電聯車，由龐巴迪運輸在印度薩維（Savli）製造，在2017年12月至2019年12月投入使用。 它們是昆士蘭鐵路最大的電力列車車隊。
歷史[編輯]
2014年1月， 昆士蘭政府基於32年的政府和社會資本合作關係下，向安本資產管理 ， 龐巴迪運輸 ， 伊藤忠和約翰·萊恩集團（John Laign）合組的Qtectic集團，簽訂了75組6輛車編組的電聯車合約。 [1] [2] [3] [4] 它們是昆士蘭鐵路首批非在馬里伯勒（Maryborough）生產的電聯車。 [5]
這批電聯車在印度的薩維製造。 [6] [7] 其為全新設計設計，車頭連結器以錐狀保護罩遮蓋用以改善空氣動力學 。側面使用平板鋼板，而車頂仍使用波紋板。 第一組車於2016年2月抵達布里斯班港 。 [8] [9] [10]
前三組車於2017年12月11日投入在布里斯本的機場線和黃金海岸線。 [6] [11] [12] [13] 到2018年4月的英聯邦動會時，已有8組投入使用。 [14]
但本型車並未符合身障者使用法規，因此使用本型車行駛列車所停車站，月台上須有站務人員服務。本型車因而最初僅限行駛於機場線和黃金海岸線。於2018年5月開始行駛頓本線（Doomben line），後續行駛範圍不斷擴大，到了2019年2月開始駛至Shorncliffe和Cleveland；在該月本型車車隊成為昆士蘭最大的電聯車車隊。[15] [16] [17] 2019年12月最後一組車入役。
本型車2020年於3月開始行駛於通往楠伯的陽光海岸線（Sunshine Coast line）。 [18] [19]但在楠伯以北路線需要等到信號升級以搭配車上的自動列車保護裝置（ATP）後，方能行駛。
截至2020年3月，本型車已經行駛了Beenleigh線、Ferny Grove線、Rosewood線以外所有的城市路網絡線。 [18] [20] [21]
營運[編輯]
本型車維修基地在Wulkuraka站西側的專用基地。 [22] [23] [24] 本型車將取代舊型電聯車與城際快車，也使車隊的規模增加了26％。本型車具有高靠背座椅、方便固定自行車的安全帶，行李空間設於座椅下方（而非行李架），且有附帶嬰兒尿布台的無障礙廁所，免費WiFi，以及閉路電視。 [25]
每組新世代列車的兩端各有一輛駕駛動力車（編號前綴3和8），兩輛拖車（編號前綴4和7），中間有兩輛動力車（前編號綴5和6）。動力車B有廁所。
六輛車的編組如下：
DMA—TA—MA—MB—TB—DMB
由於本編組六輛車為永久聯結，乘客能夠走遍全車，且無需再與另一編組聯結。列車長也可從編組後方開始巡視（而非如同舊式列車由兩組三輛車編組而成，列車長油列車中部開始巡視）的。新世代列車使用基於龐巴迪Aventras的相同牽引設備，相容於歐洲列車控制系統，可行駛於布里斯本的Cross River鐵路的隧道。
問題[編輯]
在交付的第一批車中發現了一系列故障和設計問題。 [26] 第一批交付後，昆士蘭政府要求問題解決前不再接收新車。 [27] [28] [29] 車上的廁所尺寸以12毫米的範圍不符合殘障法規，結果只有35組車有符合標準的廁所，其餘40組沒有廁所設施的車僅限於布里斯本郊區服務。 [30] [31] 後來指出，將對所有75組車進行改裝，在中間車廂中安裝兩個較大的廁所，以使身障乘客能夠從身障者可進入的車廂進入廁所。 [32]
修改[編輯]
Downer Rail的馬里伯勒為列車進行修改。 [33] 身障人士曾於2018年3月考慮申請禁令，要求在解決身障人士服務問題前不准使用本型車。[34] 第一組車於2019年1月到達馬里伯勒修改，整個計劃預計於2024年完成。 [35] [36]
修改工作包括： [32]
- 重新配置MB車中的座椅，以允許輪椅進入廁所
- 改裝加大MB車的廁所以符合身障使用標準
- 徹底改裝MA車，使其與MB修改車幾乎完全相同，包括增加廁所
- 增加更多優先座位（博愛座）
- 改進按鈕和標誌以使其更易於使用/閱讀，包括為輪椅使用者提供緊急呼叫按鈕的可能性
意外[編輯]
2017年10月19日，715號車組的三節車廂在Wulkuraka由調車拖車牽引時出軌。 8715號車的前端受到了嚴重損壞，其他車有輕微擦傷。 [37]
