約翰·米勒-懷特

約翰·米勒-懷特博士（1952年2月17日—），是一位道德和政治哲學家、律師和風險投資人，被中國官方媒體譽為「新埃德加·斯諾」和「21世紀的基辛格。」[1]他是擬議《中美大戰略協議》方案和文明協作及預防人類滅絕宏偉戰略系列叢書的作者之一。[2]

美中夥伴關係研究中心[編輯]

《美中大戰略協議提議》[編輯]

在2010年，約翰·米勒-懷特博士、戴敏夫婦和托馬斯．巴尼特博士，分別擔任美中關係夥伴研究中心的主席、總裁及高級副總裁，草擬了胡錦濤主席和奧巴馬總統之間的《美中大戰略協議》。該協議得到中國前外交部長、前駐聯合國大使、前駐美國大使、前中國人民解放軍總參謀部副總、前駐朝鮮和以色列武官、前商務部副部長、中國中央黨校國際戰略研究所、中國人民外交學會、中國國際經濟交流中心、中國國際戰略學會、中國國際戰略研究基金會、博鰲論壇秘書長和國務院中國現代國際關係研究院的支持和參與。 並準備了給中國國家主席、國務院總理和國務委員簡報。[3]

《美中大戰略協議草案》的內容多次在《美國外交關係雜誌》上刊登[4]，同時也發表在米勒-懷特和戴敏在人民日報和中國日報網上中[5][6][7][8][9][10]、英文專欄[11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18][19][20][21][22][23][24][25][26][27][28][29]和托馬斯．巴尼特博士的《世界政治評論》雜誌作了介紹。[30]

米勒 - 懷特博士是白石投資集團有限公司的董事長。該公司經營全球範圍內的高科技的投資和轉讓。 涉及範圍包括環保工程、計算機基晶片、航空和再保險行業。他是吉林省、天津市和重慶市政府部門的經濟發展顧問， 被並以12534票，獲得由中國中央委員會、國務院新聞辦公室、《紅旗畫刊》社和《中國報道雜誌社》聯合主辦的第三屆「企業社會責任與民族振興」高峰論壇評選的「2009·中華傑出商業領袖」頒發的「中華傑出商業領袖社會責任獎」，成為獲得該獎項的第一位美國人[31]。在2007年，世界經濟論壇主席和哈佛商業評論總編輯邀請他參加世界經濟論壇新領軍者年會。[32]從1992到2008年，他是核心資本投公司（CORE Capital Ltd）的董事長和證券、電信和電子商務公司的早期投資者，同是也是貨幣交易軟件、廣播、無線局域網、智能電子技術、互聯網、保險、再保險業、航運、飛機租賃和對沖基金公司的董事及理事。

約翰·米勒-懷特是奧地利斯特拉斯堡的國際法律研究中心高級研究員， 北京大學榮譽教授研究員、中國人民大學風險投資研究中心高級顧問、中國國際經濟貿易大學和北京外國語言大學客座教授和。在1984年和1985年他分別獲得在加拿大和百慕達的律師資格。擁有加拿大多倫多大學榮譽政治哲學學士學位、皇后法學院和Osgoode Hall法學院的法學碩士和法學博士學位並在哈佛大學法學院，商學院進修。
