《美國律師》（英語：The American Lawyer[3]）是由ALM傳媒出版的法律月刊和運營的網站[4]，由史蒂文·布里爾（Steven Brill）創辦於1979年[5]。 1986年，《美國律師》收購了邁阿密瑞維優商業出版社（Review Business Publications），其中包括佛羅里達州南部的四份報紙：《布勞沃德評論》、《棕櫚灘評論》、《邁阿密評論》和《南佛羅里達醫學評論》[6]。
