甘迺迪·凱恩·「肯」·麥克阿瑟（英語：Kennedy Kane "Ken" McArthur，1881年2月10日—1960年6月13日），南非男子田徑運動員，他出生於愛爾蘭，20歲時移民至南非。他曾獲得1912年夏季奧運會男子馬拉松冠軍。[1]
