費利克斯.魯林（Felix Roulin，1931年—），當代藝術雕塑家，出生於比利時迪南市，曾學習於Maredsous修道院藝術學校，後在該校任教授，教授金屬藝術。在1962到1996年間，他同時在建築高等學院教授雕塑課程、在布魯塞爾的「La Cambre」教授視覺藝術課程。1961年他被授予三年一屆的「比得時年輕雕塑家」稱號，並獲得了巴黎兩年一次的「羅丹博物館獎」。
1980年起，他就在比利時的Biesmerée擁有了一個巨大的鑄造工作室，17世紀時，那裏曾是一座農場。

1961年之後，他在世界各地舉辦展覽，著名的有1966年在巴黎兩年一次的展覽，1967年在聖保羅兩年一次的展覽，1974年在比利時安特衛普Middelheim博物館每兩年一次的展覽，1993年和1994年在日本的展覽。
