岩士唐-韋和夫（英語：Armstrong Whitworth），是20世紀早期英國一家主要的製造公司。其總部設在泰恩河畔紐卡素，主要製造武器、船、鐵路機車、汽車和飛機。其前身為1847年由威廉·岩士唐，第一代岩士唐男爵成立的W·G·岩士唐公司，擁有在艾爾斯威克的工廠，專門建造液壓機械、吊車還有橋樑，其後開始製造岩士唐大砲。[1][2]
1882年W·G·岩士唐公司與造船廠查爾斯·米切爾公司（英語：Charles Mitchell & Co.）合併，成為岩士唐-米切爾公司（英語：Armstrong Mitchell & Company）。[3]它於1887年與韋和夫公司合併，成為岩士唐-韋和夫公司，擴展業務製造汽車與卡車。[3]
1970年代後旗下基本業務陸續結束，最後解散。
