阿達姆迪吉烏帕齊拉（孟加拉語：আদমদিঘী উপজেলা)）是孟加拉國的一個烏帕齊拉，位於拉傑沙希專區的博格拉縣。

阿達姆迪吉塔納創立於1821年，後於1983年改建制為烏帕齊拉[3]。

阿達姆迪吉烏帕齊拉總面積為168.83平方公里（69.19平方英里）[1]，位於博格拉縣西部，北接焦伊布爾哈德縣，東北部與杜布堅吉亞烏帕齊拉相鄰，東部與卡哈魯烏帕齊拉和南迪格拉姆烏帕齊拉接壤，西南部與瑙岡縣毗鄰[3]。
