Debark是指人從船舶或飛機上離開的過程,也可以指貨物從船舶或飛機上卸下的過程。 [1][2]

民事領域[編輯]

以前船上貨物的卸貨作業基本上由裝卸工(碼頭工人)負責。如今如果要從船上卸下集裝箱[3] 基本上通過起重機將這些集裝箱從船上卸下來。 [4]

至於乘客和船員,人們通常通過舷梯登船和離船。 [5]

軍隊[編輯]

在軍事領域,即使地處非戰鬥區域,軍人要下船或下飛機也可能不是那麼容易。 [6] [7] 當軍人參加兩棲登陸作戰時,還要在炮火紛飛的情況下下船,例如第二次世界大戰期間的諾曼第登陸就是如此。在這期間登陸艇負責將部隊和貨物運送到岸上。[8]
