1. The image is of lower resolution and quality than the original (copies made from it will be of inferior quality).
2. No free image which suitably depicts Dusty Springfield, has been found. Given that she is dead, a free photo is unlikely to be created
3. The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute her albums or CDs in any way.
4. The image is being used for informational purposes only.
5. The material has previously been published in numerous sources, with higher resolution images available elsewhere (Amazon.com, for example).
