English: Shikekazu Sato, the Japanese ambassador to Thailand, speaks with Master Sgt. James Musnicki, the officer in charge of cooperative health engagement operations, during a cooperative health engagement Feb. 13 at the Ban Sa la Kai Fub School as part of Exercise Cobra Gold 2014 in Sukhothai province, Kingdom of Thailand. Along with the CHE, four schools are being constructed throughout Thailand and a medical symposium will be held as part of the humanitarian and civic assistance projects taking place during the annual exercise.
