Indiegogo是美國一個眾籌網站，由達娜·厄林格曼（Danae Ringelmann）、斯拉瓦·魯賓（Slava Rubin）和埃里克·謝爾（Eric Schell）於2008年創立[1]。其總部位於加利福尼亞州三藩市。Indiegogo是最早提供眾籌的網站之一。Indiegogo允許人們為一個想法、慈善機構或創業企業募集資金。Indiegogo對募集的資金收取5%的費用[2]。
2014年，Indiegogo推出了Indiegogo Life服務，人們可以通過這項服務為緊急情況、醫療費用、慶祝活動或其他生活事件籌集資金。Indiegogo Life不收取平台費用。2015年，Indiegogo Life更名為Generosity.com[3]。

- 2008年2月，Indiegogo, Inc.完成Boldstart Ventures和Eliot Durbin（個人）的天使輪融資。[4]。
- 2011年9月，Indiegogo, Inc.完成 Compound, Steve Schoettler（個人） 領投，ff Venture Capital跟投的150萬美元種子輪融資。[4]
- 2012年6月，A輪融資，Indiegogo, Inc.獲得 Insight Partners, Khosla Ventures 領投，Compound、ff Venture Capital、Ridge Ventures等跟投的1500萬美元投資。[4]
- 2014年1月，B輪融資，Indiegogo, Inc.獲得 Kleiner Perkins 領投，Insight Partners、ff Venture Capital、Institutional Venture Partners、Draper Associates等跟投的4000萬美元投資。[4]
