Infospace, Inc.是一家擁有多個網絡搜尋引擎、在線目錄和元數據的美國公司。該公司旗下搜索網站有Dogpile、WebCrawler以及MetaCrawler。 2012年，公司更名為Blucora後，其旗下的多個業務被出售給數據管理公司OpenMail，而更名後的公司業務以稅務軟件為主。[1]

該公司由Naveen Jain於1996年3月創立。 [2] 當時InfoSpace向網站和流動裝置製造商提供電話簿、地圖、遊戲和股市信息等資訊。 [3][4] 1998年12月 15日，該公司在納斯達克上市。[5]
2000年7月，InfoSpace收購了Go2Net。[6]
2004年，InfoSpace收購了在線黃頁服務提供商Switchboard。 [7]
2007年9月，InfoSpace把自己的目錄服務業務出售給 Idearc。 [8][9]
更名[編輯]
2012年1月，InfoSpace收購了報稅軟件公司TaxAct， [10]同時InfoSpace更名為Blucora。[11] 2014年4月21日，Blucora從Discovery Communications手中收購了博聞網。[12]
