J558L細胞

J558L細胞（J558L cells）是從BALB/c小鼠中提取的B細胞淋巴瘤細胞系，最初由劍橋大學的M. Bruggeman 和 M.S. Neuberger分離^[1]^[2]。它是一種穩定的B細胞系，可用來持續表達抗體^[3]，可在添加雙抗與10%胎牛血清的DMEM培養基中懸浮培養。
