Ross Township is one of the twelve townships of Greene County, 俄亥俄州, 美國. The 2000 census found 744 people in the township.[3]

Located in the northeastern corner of the county, 與以下鎮區接壤:
- Madison Township, Clark County - 北
- Stokes Township, Madison County - 北east
- Jefferson Township, Fayette County - 東南
- Silvercreek Township - 南
- New Jasper Township - 南west
- Cedarville Township - 西
It is the only township in the county with a border on Madison County.
Part of the village of Jamestown is located in southern Ross Township.
The highest point in Greene County, 1135 feet (345.9 m), is located 2.2 miles (3.5 km) west of the northeastern corner of the county,[4] in northern Ross Township.[5]
Name and history[編輯]
Ross Township was established in 1811.[6] Ross was the name of a pioneer settler.[7]
Statewide, other Ross Townships are located in Butler and Jefferson Counties.
政府[編輯]
鎮區有3人組成的理事會管理。理事會理事選舉在奇數年11月舉行,並在來年1月1日開始四年任期。兩名理事的選舉在總統選舉後一年舉行,另一名的選舉在總統選舉前一年舉行。鎮區財務官亦由選舉產生[8],與一名鎮區理事選舉同時舉行,不過在來年4月1日才開始四年任期。若財務官或理事職位有空缺,將由剩餘理事填補。
