Salem Township is one of the eighteen townships of Columbiana County, 俄亥俄州, 美國. The 2010 census reported 5,484 people living in the township,[3] 3,170 of whom were in the unincorporated portions of the township.[4]

Located in the northern part of the county, 與以下鎮區接壤:
- Green Township, Mahoning County - 北
- Beaver Township, Mahoning County - 北east corner
- Fairfield Township - 東
- Elkrun Township - 東南 corner
- Center Township - 南
- Hanover Township - 南west corner
- Butler Township - 西
- Perry Township - 北west
Parts of the villages of Leetonia and Washingtonville are located in northeastern and northern Salem Township. A small portion of the city of Salem is in the northwest corner of the township.
Name and history[編輯]
It is one of fourteen Salem Townships statewide.[5]
The township was among the first organized in the county in 1803.[6]
政府[編輯]
鎮區有3人組成的理事會管理。理事會理事選舉在奇數年11月舉行,並在來年1月1日開始四年任期。兩名理事的選舉在總統選舉後一年舉行,另一名的選舉在總統選舉前一年舉行。鎮區財務官亦由選舉產生[7],與一名鎮區理事選舉同時舉行,不過在來年4月1日才開始四年任期。若財務官或理事職位有空缺,將由剩餘理事填補。
