Washington Township is one of the fourteen townships of Auglaize County, 俄亥俄州, 美國. The 2010 census found 1,874 people in the township,[3] 995 of whom lived in the unincorporated portions of the township.

Located in the southern part of the county, 與以下鎮區接壤：

- Duchouquet Township - 北east corner
- Pusheta Township - 東
- Dinsmore Township, Shelby County - 東南 corner
- Van Buren Township, Shelby County - 南
- Saint Marys Township - 西
- Noble Township - 北west corner
The village of New Knoxville is located in southwestern Washington Township.
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the area of the township is 31.1平方英里（80.5平方公里）.[3]
Name and history[編輯]
It is one of forty-three Washington Townships statewide.[4]
Originally part of Allen County, the township was formed in 1836.[5]
政府[編輯]
鎮區有3人組成的理事會管理。理事會理事選舉在奇數年11月舉行，並在來年1月1日開始四年任期。兩名理事的選舉在總統選舉後一年舉行，另一名的選舉在總統選舉前一年舉行。鎮區財務官亦由選舉產生[6]，與一名鎮區理事選舉同時舉行，不過在來年4月1日才開始四年任期。若財務官或理事職位有空缺，將由剩餘理事填補。
Public services[編輯]
The township is split between the Wapakoneta City School District, the Saint Marys City School District, and the New Knoxville Local School District.
The northwestern section of the township is served by the Saint Marys (45885) post office, the northeastern section by the Wapakoneta (45895) post office, the southern section by the New Knoxville (45871) post office, and the extreme southeastern section by the Botkins (45306) post office.
