About me
I'm a volunteer from Bénin; I live most of the time in France.
I start editing Wikipedia in 2015 and do some works on Mediawiki as volunteer developer since 2018.
Technical works
- As volunteer developer I work on fixing bugs on mediawiki core, Mediawiki extensions and on Pywikibot. I also develop some tools. Here are some of my technical contributions.
- In 2018, I have been cited in Production Excellence for having helped fixed a 6-month bug preventing the normal functioning of the "Thanks extension".
- The same year, I participated in the gadgets maintenance project on French Wikipedia and helped rewrite and optimize the source code of some gadgets
Community building and projects management
- I also co-lead Wiki Loves Africa, Wiki Loves Earth and the Francophone month of contribution projects in Bénin.
- In 2018, during Wikimedia Hackathon, I started the Fon Wikipedia (officially launched on October 2023) and a community of Fon contributors.
