李藝智[註 1][1]（英語：Kathy Yaeji Lee，韓語：이예지 I Ye-ji；1993年8月6日—)，藝名Yaeji，是一名來自紐約布魯克林的美國歌手、唱片騎師和製作人。她的音樂風格融合了浩室和嘻哈元素，並用英語和韓語一同演唱的圓潤、安靜的人聲[2]。
早期經歷
[編輯]李藝智於1993年8月6日出生於皇后區法拉盛，是一個韓裔家庭的獨生女[3]。她的家庭5歲時從紐約搬到了亞特蘭大，然後在三年級時搬回了韓國[4]。在韓國生活期間，Yaeji每年都會在不同的國際學校之間轉學，這讓她在互聯網上結識了朋友，發掘了許多的音樂[3]。在回到韓國之前，她還在日本短暫上過學[5]。
Yaeji最終回到了美國，在匹茲堡的卡內基梅隆大學學習概念藝術、東亞研究和平面設計[6]。在就讀卡內基梅隆大學的期間，她培養了玩DJ的愛好，她將這個愛好歸功於下班後的電子音樂舞蹈派對「Hot Mass」以及她「沉浸於夜生活中」的想法[7][8]。Yaeji學習了DJ軟件Traktor並開始在家庭聚會上做DJ。在學習了Ableton、製作了自己的音樂[9]並在卡內基梅隆大學廣播電台WRCT上首次亮相之前，她做了兩年的兼職DJ。[10]Yaeji於2015年畢業於卡內基梅隆大學[11]。
