人工青口

人工青口(英语:Artificial Mussels),中国大陆称为人工贻贝,是一种新型化学采样装置,用于监测海洋环境中的金属。

原理

该装置由非渗透性有机玻璃管组成,内部装有悬浮在人造海水中的聚合物配体 Chelex100 树脂,两端封闭有半渗透性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶。该凝胶允许金属离子在与树脂螯合之前缓慢通过孔。[1]人工青口积累的常见有毒金属与活贻贝相似,金属的吸收与暴露的金属浓度成正比。[2]

人工青口可以对水文条件截然不同的大型生物地理区域内的各种金属提供可靠的时间积分估计,从而克服生物监测仪在监测水、沉积物和水体中金属的长期存在的问题。各顶研究显示,人工青口能吸收镉、铬、铜、铅、锌,[3]砷,铀,钴。[4]

2007年至今,人工青口已于全球29个国家及地区应用。[5]当中包括中国,[6]南非,[7]澳洲[8]等地的沿海地区。
