傅若诗（Rosemary Foot）（1948年6月4日—）是一名英国历史学家，曾担任牛津大学圣安东尼学院的国际关系教授。她的研究兴趣包括国防以及人权，尤其是以亚太地区为主的。曾受教于艾塞克斯大学 、伦敦大学亚非学院，后于伦敦政治经济学院取得博士学位。
