克莉丝汀·麦卡锡
克莉丝汀·M·麦卡锡（英语：Christine M. McCarthy），美国实业家，现任华特迪士尼公司的首席财务官。[1]她的直属上司是罗伯特·艾格。[2]
求学历程[编辑]
麦卡锡从史密斯学院毕业，获得生物学学士学位。[3] 她也有加州大学洛杉矶分校安德森管理学院的行销管理硕士学位。[3]
职业生涯[编辑]
在加入迪士尼之前，麦卡锡曾在银行业工作。1981年到1996年，麦卡锡在First Interstate Bancorp工作，担任过多个财务和计划职位。[3]1997年至2000年，她担任Imperial Bancorp的首席财务官和执行副总裁。2000年，她成为迪士尼的财务主管。[4]2015年6月30日，麦卡锡取代杰伊·拉苏洛被任命为华特迪士尼公司的首席财务官，合约为期四年[3]，基本薪资为125万美元，并有200％的绩效奖金和250％的长期激励奖。[4]
