安大略省律师会（英语：Law Society of Ontario，缩写LSO；法语：Barreau de l'Ontario）是负责加拿大安大略省律师及法律辅助人员自我规管的律师会。其前身上加拿大律师会（英语：Law Society of Upper Canada，缩写LSUC；法语：Barreau du Haut-Canada）成立于1797年，于2018年由安大略省《律师会法令》（Law Society Act）的修订更改为现名。

律师会规管安大略省50,000多名律师。它负责确保律师合乎道德且有足够能力胜任。律师会有权制定进入该专业的标准。其有权对违反这些标准的律师实施纪律制裁。可用制裁的范围可由训诫（admonition）直至取消律师执业资格（disbarment）。律师会位于多伦多的奥斯古大堂（Osgoode Hall）。

由1970年开始，根据《1970年律师会法令》（Law Society Act, 1970），律师会要求潜在的持牌人表现出“良好品格”（good character）。

法律辅助人员

自2007年5月1日起，由于安大略省《律师会法令》（Law Society Act）的修订，律师会对安大略省8,000多名法律辅助人员牌照持有人进行规管。法律辅助人员可提供有限的法律服务，例如在省级审裁处代表当事人出席。

审裁处

律师会审裁处（Law Society Tribunal）是安大略省律师会内的一个独立审裁机构，负责就有关安大略省律师及法律辅助人员的规管案件聆讯和作出裁判。它于2014年3月12日开始运作。

自2020年11月16日起，Malcolm M. Mercer成为律师会审裁处的主席。
