德克萨斯州立大学（Texas State University）是位于美国德克萨斯州圣马科斯的一所州立大学，1899年以西南德克萨斯州立师范学校（Southwest Texas State Normal School）为名成立，1903年正式开课。后来以此为基础发展出了德克萨斯州立大学系统，今亦以接近四万名学生成为德州第四大大学。
其主校区有245栋建筑，占地面积达492英亩（1.99平方千米），位于圣马科斯河河边的丘陵之上。它在德州首府奥斯汀的北部还有一个分校，即德克萨斯州立大学圆石分校（Texas State University Round Rock Campus）。
