明奇蓝人
明奇蓝人（英语：blue men of the Minch），也被称为风暴凯尔派（苏格兰盖尔语：na fir ghorma 苏格兰盖尔语发音：[nə fiɾʲ ˈɣɔɾɔmə]），是居住在外赫布里底群岛北部和苏格兰大陆之间水域的神话生物，它们寻找淹死的水手和受灾的船只。它们似乎局限于北部的明奇海峡和周边地区以及远至威克的东部，在苏格兰的其他地方不为人知，在世界其他地方也没有对应物。
除了蓝色之外，这些神话中的生物看起来很像人类，而且大小差不多。它们有制造风暴的能力，但当天气晴朗时，它们会漂浮在水面上或水面以下睡觉。蓝人游泳时躯干从海中抬起，像海豚一样扭动和潜水。传说中说他们会说话，当一群人接近一艘船时，它的首领可能会向船长喊两行诗，并让他挑战完成这首诗。如果船长在该任务中失败，那么蓝人将试图倾覆他的船。
