诺森伯兰郡旗（Northumberland flag）是英国英格兰诺森伯兰郡的旗帜，该旗帜也是诺森伯兰郡议会的旗帜^[1]。。诺森伯兰郡旗在1951年成为诺森伯兰郡议会的旗帜，并在1995年成为诺森伯兰郡旗^[2]。诺森伯兰郡议会发言人曾在2000年对当地的一家报纸表示诺森伯兰郡旗只应该在诺森伯兰郡目前的行政范围悬挂（例如不包括泰恩河畔新堡）。诺森伯兰郡旗悬挂时右上靠近旗杆的部分应为黄色。
