English: Kitil Kapsiu is used to boil water, one peculiarity of this item is that when the water is boiled, it will make a long sound that comes out of the tube. This type of kettle was soon replaced by a lighter and simpler design. On the body of this kettle, there are letters 1229 (Hijrah) along with the year 1812 Maschi which is the date it was made. This item was purchased by the museum in 1965. Body width is 61" and height is 6".
