Wattpad是一个2006年建立的在线作者、读者社区，提供了一个读者和作者直接交流的平台^[6] ，其上也可发表各类文学作品，总部位于加拿大多伦多^[7]^[8]。虽然有几十个语言版本，但其上近80%的内容都是拿英语发布的。^[9]

中国大陆封锁[编辑]

依据GreatFire测试，其网站在中国大陆被当局的网墙封锁，即当地网民无法正常访问该网站。HTTP连结自2013年6月或更早起遭受封锁至今^[13]，HTTPS连结自2016年8月或更早起遭受封锁至今^[14]。
