以赛亚·凯纳-法雷法（英语：Isiah Kiner-Falefa，1995年3月23日—），为美国职棒大联盟的游击手，目前效力于多伦多蓝鸟。他先前曾效力于游骑兵与洋基两队。

德州游骑兵[编辑]
2018年4月10日，凯纳-法雷法登上大联盟。[1]4月14日，他敲出大联盟首轰。[2]该年他出赛111场比赛，打击率为2成61，并敲出4轰与34分打点。2019年，他和杰夫·马席斯轮流担任球队的捕手。[3]中间他一度受伤，后来成为内野工具人和3号捕手。[4]整季他的打击率为2成38，并敲出1轰与21分打点。
2020年，凯纳-法雷法的打击率为2成80，并敲出3轰与10分打点。而他也在这年拿下生涯首座三垒金手套奖。[5]2021年，他出赛158场比赛，打击率为2成71，并敲出8轰与53分打点，另有20次盗垒成功。[6]
纽约洋基[编辑]
2022年3月12日，游骑兵将凯纳-法雷法和Ronny Henríquez交易到双城，换来Mitch Garver。[7]1天后，双城将他、贾许·唐纳森和Ben Rortvedt交易到洋基，换来盖瑞·桑契斯和吉奥·厄尔薛拉。[8][9]

凯纳-法雷法的曾曾祖母是日本广岛人，[10]而他本身还拥有萨摩亚和夏威夷的血统。[11]
